My name is Ken Williams, and I am a NGA Certified Personal Trainer, and am certified by the American Heart Association in CPR.

I have spent the past 15 years in the fitness and nutrition field. In that time, I have trained male and female clients ranging in ages 6 to 65 years old. I have countless success stories of clients who have gained permanent control of their body weight.

My personal athletic resume began with Little League; then on to varisty football, track and wrestling where I advanced to the State Wrestling Championships in Virginia. I then received a wrestling scholarship to Hampton University.

That experience combined with acquring a red belt in Tae Kwon Do lead me to a few body guard details for celebrities such as rap artist Drolfill, Aliyah and OJ Simpson. I also was a bodyguard and fitness consultant to Sony Platinum recording artist Ginuwine on the 97 Budweiser Superfest Tour in Washington, DC.

My fitness training began 15 years ago as a fluke when the 54 year old Argentine born CEO of my firm came to my desk one day and "insisted" that I help him "get rid of this thing!" He was pointing to a nice sized beer belly. I figured out that he finally wanted to see his abs that we both suspected were hiding. He had recently kicked a liftime of chain-smoking and now he was ready to get his overall health in order.

After wisely taking up his offer (after all he was the CEO) I placed him on a three day a week, one hour a day program. Four months later he was walking around the office showing off his stealth, lean new body. Other partners in the firm, colleagues, family and friends all marveled at his new, sleek look that he had attained after only four months of consisten training and proper dieting.

Becoming certified in 1993 by the NGA Fitness Certification Group, I now have hundredds of sucess stories from men and women who have changed their lives as a result of my workout programs.

I thank God for blessing me with the talent and ability to motivate. I have had the honor of being places that I never would have dreamed of due to my discipline to fitness and maintaining a healthy body. Now I enjoy passing on my knowledge and inspiration to others who desire to have a better physical appearance and who want to adopt a healthier way of life.
