 Jennifer Neal Lost 62 lbs!!!
After 3 years of sitting on the couch in a depressed state of mind, and with her husband deployed for the second time to Iraq, Jen came to boot camp in late November of 2006 in search of help for her weight. She blown up to 205 lbs. By April 2007 Jen was 65 lbs lighter! Jenny’s hard work, strict dieting and dedication to the program has been her success!
 Earnestine Harris – NASF Bodybuilding Champ at 52yrs old!!!
Earnestine came to boot camp with her childhood dream and vision to one day become a “bodybuilder”! This mother of two, grandmother, and beauty shop owner joined the boot camp program in Oct 2005 and by November 2006 won her first ever bodybuilding championship! She also, through the 1-on-1 personal training program, gained enough power and strength to become the 2007 FLEX Gym best-lifter and bench press champ in her weight class.
 Angel Joy Boyd – Toughest Women’s Boxing Champ-Ms. Figures Bodybuilding
Angel Joy, came to bootcamp in February 2006 and by March 2006 she won the Toughest Women’s Boxing Championship and the North Carolina Boxing Commission sanctioned title belt of East Coast Light-Heavyweight Champ! The 25 year old corrections officer, later tapped into her more dainty feminine side to compete and win trophies in Ms Figure’s competitions!
Tiffany is a 26 year old teacher who quit smoking and lost 25 lbs. She then went on to win a bodybuilding competition as a result of her hard work in the Bootcamp for Women program.
After successfully completing Bootcamp, Ylander went on to win the Virginia State AAU Bench Press Championship as well as three titles at the FLEX Gym Bench Press Competition.
Phyllis is a 54 year old mother. She lost 35lbs and also overcame asthma and arthritis in her knee while completing the Bootcamp for Women program.
